A leading Building Services Maintenance provider, know for their ability to ensure they secure the most prestigious contracts throughout the UK are currently recruiting for an experienced Contracts Manager for a Contract within a broadcasting environment.

Our client is on a sound financial footing offers many development / opportunities internally. This company has many regional offices and are renowned throughout the UK. Their services are used in over 5,000+ customer sites in the UK and employ over 1000 people.

You will be looking after one of the companies most prestigious contracts!

The Role

You will be fully responsible for the contractual management 'Profit Loss', whilst ensuring that you are hitting all the a demanding clients SLA' You will be responsible for the smooth running of the contract, whether that be dealing with staffing issues; recruitment, disciplinary issues, Customer facing progress meetings etc

Hours of work Additional Benefits

• Your standard working week will be 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday, however as and when the contract demands, you would be expected to lead by example and ensure the contract had no outstanding issues before leaving.

• Additional Benefits include Life Assurance, Pension Scheme Overtime offered if you should choose to seek addition hours.

Essential Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years within a Contract Managers role
• The ability to communicate clearly to the Service User
• Have an record of achievement within a similar role

Desirable Candidate Requirements

• Ability to prove track record such as Key Achievements; internal awards, references,
• Steady work history
• Building Services experience
