Our Client, a national leader in the mobile and modular space industry with innovative solutions for the construction, education, industrial, commercial/retail, healthcare and government markets and over 90 locations in the US and Canada is looking for an experienced Contract Manager to join their Edmonton team.
This position will be responsible for the oversight of contracts across the prairie region ensuring the timely and effective delivery of services to our valued client base.
The successful candidate will have a direct impact on the success of the region by playing a key role in facilitating the design, construction and delivery phases of each project. They will need to be highly organized, detail oriented, customer focused and have the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both external and internal customers.

Job Description
Summary: Manage contracts for new used, single multi-unit, office workforce fleet in the Prairie region.
Responsibilities:
- Process rental and sales orders. Perform all necessary transactions through the applicable company system.
- Maintain excellent customer service at all times with existing and new accounts.
- Maintain accurate accounting of all orders through a project tracking form
- Prepare monthly forecasting documentation of all new and multi-unit projects
- Coordinates transport and installation of new and multi-unit projects.
- Coordinate demobilization and dismantle of multi-unit projects.
- Review manufacturer drawings to ensure specifications and layouts are accurate Maintain knowledge of all Company products and floor plans as well as knowledge of prints and set-up criteria.
- Interface with customers for drawing review and site installations
- Maintain accurate fleet listing of workforce fleet and update inventory
- Manufacturer and site visits as required ensuring customer satisfaction
- Track revenue and expense using the appropriate report/systems.
- Prepare intricate reports; checking and verifying non-routine bills, schedules, receipts, invoices, purchase orders, and other documents. Perform detailed reconciliation and control functions.
Education: University Degree required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Five + years contract administration experience, preferably in a sales environment.
- Construction and/or mobile industry experience necessary.
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft project scheduling, Auto-Cad, and a good knowledge of modular construction methods would be an asset.
