ServiceSource-Florida Region is seeking a Contract Closeout Manger with proven hands-on experience with providing contract closeout support services to the Federal Government contracting offices. This position will oversee a four member team and provide on the job training in support of the post-contract award using the Federal Acquisition Regulations. This position is responsible for managing employees that will prepare government contracts as well as the control of transportation, transfer and final disposition of these contracts. Will develop, produce and maintain measurement reports to reflect productivity of the closeout process. Will perform cross training for each team member in an effort to maintain performance consistency. Develop and maintain a procedure for the Contract Closeout Specialists to receipt in and review all file s upon arrival and inventory the contents in an effort to ensure that files received match the Performance Work Statement. Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 24 semester hours of business related curriculum. Must have a minimum of 5-10 years service as a 2 warranted 1102 Contracting Officer or 5 years government contracting and procurement experience. Must have demonstrated knowledge of FAR (part4, 804), DFARS, DFAS and DCMA requirements for government Contract Closeout policies and procedures. Will require user knowledge of MS Office as well as SPS/Procurement Desktop Defense (PD2), Federal Procurement Data System-Next Generation (FPDS-NG). Five (5) years experience as a manager of five (5) or more employees. Must have excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting strict deadlines and managing conflicting priorities.
