Contract Marketing Communications Associate
Calling all candidates looking to establish a career within Investment Management in London!
The marketing communications associate will carry out a wide range of duties including, but not limited to:
* Creation of client engagement presentation materials using Excel and PowerPoint
* Assist in maintaining internal applications to ensure consistency with product standards and compliance approval processes
* Coordinate with compliance to ensure all materials produced are fully compliant with
FSA regulations
* Provide support to Events Team with event materials in collaboration with Events team
* Create customized client and business development presentations
* Work in conjunction with wider Marketing team to maintain, monitor effectiveness and regularly review presentation materials are in line with firm level strategic initiatives.
* Research and leverage internal applications and publications as well as external sources to ensure alignment with the firm's strategies and views
The successful candidate will be recently qualfied with some previous exposure within a financial servcies organisation, and in particular investment management.
In addition, candidates will need to be able to clearly demonstrate the ability to:
- create timely best in class excel and powerpoint and other sales aids to assist sales and investment teams win new business
- understand investment products, particularly fixed income, through previous positions or a real interest in investment products
- work well under pressure and tight deadlines
- communicate clearly with senior intrnal stakeholders
