Contract Recruiter
Mine resumes/candidates from Internet resume databases, search engines, message boards, professional associations, career events, and local networking. Continually build resume inventory with a pipeline of candidates to fit projected requirements. Use superior communication/sales skills to attract all levels of talent. Provide qualified candidates to the Team Recruiters.
• Direct sourcing and networking of candidates nationwide.
• Proactively conduct research and investigate new ideas to create innovative sourcing strategies.
• Will research target companies and industries to source top talent.
• Will present a strong focus on sourcing passive candidates through networking, complex Internet searches, research and cold calling.
• Will source active candidates from on-line databases, contact lists, internal ATS databases, and through employee referrals.
• Provide search expertise within functional areas by understanding hiring needs, position specifications and search requirements.
• Partner with Team Recruiters to generate ideas, leverage resources and share information that facilitates an effective candidate search process.
• Screen candidates for availability, interest level, salary range, relocation needs and basic
• 2+ years of recruiting/sourcing/search experience and a broad range of direct sourcing and cold calling skills required.
• Versed in Boolean Logic, AIRS training or similar and ATS's, preferably iCIMS.
• A team player with a high sense of urgency and multi tasking skills who thrives in a fast paced professional environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal/communication skills for building and creating candidate relationships.
