Our client, one of the fastest growing retailers in the mid-atlantic area, is currently seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to join their team. This person will be responsible for the recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of numerous Retail Management and Leadership roles. The right person for this role will need to have experience with conducting full-lifecycle recruiting on an independent basis. This opportunity will work directly with upper management and would allow the right person to have a significant impact on the success of the entire organization. Experience with retail, customer service, retail banking, food service, or similar environments will be required in this role.
