Contract Roadshow Marketing Coordinator recruitment
Our client is a global investment bank based in London. They are looking for a candidate with a background in Roadshows to join them on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave starting on 13th August.
As part of the role, candidates will be exposed to the following:
- Planning and scheduling Equity, Fixed Income and Private Equity Roadshows;
- Attending Roadshows, ensuring smooth running and bill payment;
- Negotiating with vendors to achieve cost efficiency;
- scheduling conference one-to-one meetings;
- Organisation of logistics for each marketing event; and
- Budgeting for Roadshows.
Candidates must be able to start the role on 13th August and need to have previously worked in a Roadshows position, ideally within investment banking.
Ideally candidates will have previously held a similar role, planning and scheduling Equity, Fixed Income and/or Private Equity Roadshows.
