·         Identifies, develops and manages relationships with decision-makers of key/ high value prospects and clients

·         Assesses account potential of high value clients and develops comprehensive account plans that address client’s fire risk exposures and potential risk management strategies.

·         Prepares and presents complex proposals, incorporating value propositions, pricing power, and risk management case scenarios.

·         Understands barriers to sales, handles objections and closes sales to key/ high value prospects, leveraging knowledge of client and industry issues, competitive tactics and risk management benefits

·         Prepares sales reports and marketing materials as required to meet sales targets

·         Works with UL operations and research staff to understand delivery capabilities, constraints and priorities
