Responsibities:
Provides clerical support to one or more functional areas of logistics, such as production, distribution, inventory planning and control, fulfillment, and purchasing. May review order forms for proper coding, quantities requested, and authorized approvals; prepare purchase orders; verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments and orders; maintain records of materials in inventory and on order; and update information on the system to maintain records.

Handle full set of I/E document, LC banking documents
Handle shipping arrangement follow-up orders
Education qualification
Form 5 graduate or above
Experience
With 1-2 years shipping experience
Basic knowledge of UCP500 / Incoterms 2000
Able to handle full set of I/E, shipping, banking document and customer declaration document independently
Follow up shipment and communicate with internal external parties
Special skills, language or personality
PC Tradelink knowledge
Fluent in English, Cantonese Mandarin
Self initiatives, responsible, hard-working, willing towork overtime
