Job Description:
Reporting to Business Development, this role will support and facilitate the negotiation of contract terms, scope of work, pricing and payment schedules, ensuring that the agreements are commercially advantageous, while minimizing regulatory, legal, and financial risks through close collaboration with functional partner such as legal, Finance, QA, and functional lines.
• Produce final contracts/amendments and secure all necessary company approvals including compliance to facilitate execution of said agreements
• Manage ongoing collaborations (business conflicts, issue resolution, project status, and adherence to budget)
• Manage the interface between internal key stakeholders and clients where appropriate to enhance the success of trial deliverables
• With Business Development, support the Master Service Agreements (MSAs) language and rates negotiations for strategic clients and partnerships
• Participate in initiatives related to departmental objectives Participate in initiatives related to Business Development objectives
