Real Estate Property Analyst or Associate
Shanghai (Possibly Hong Kong)
$30-50k HKD a month + bonus
We are currently looking for a Real Estate investment Analyst or Associate level candidate to join this Real estate Fund manager.
As they look at raising a new property fund and invest existing capital they have an immediate requirement for a new team member to support the VP’s and directors.
Ideally you will have worked for an investment bank, real estate investment firm, fund manager or developer in an analytical role. You will be familiar with cash flow analysis and financial modeling. You will be have sufficient writing skills in both English and Chinese.
They are looking to take someone immediately who can start on 3 month contract with the intention of taking them on full time.
This position will be based in Shanghai ideally however you could be based out of Hong Kong with frequent travel.
Fluent Mandarin and English is essential.
