Job Description
Working in a support function for the Contractor Care On Boarding division, delivering efficient and speedy on boarding and induction administration for new contractors within Hydrogen Group
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the On Boarding division of theContractor Care team with administrating employment, references for all new starters, drawing up offer letters, issuing contracts
- To deliver a high level of customer service at all times to the contractor population and Hydrogen employees
- To ensure the database is up-to-date and contains accurate information on each new starter
- Specific responsibilities may vary and other tasks may be introduced to meet the changing demands of the business
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
- Ability to manage a varied and busy workload
- Ability to build strong working relationships
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and continue to deliver in constantly changing environments
- Must be a self starter, show initiative, faces all challenges and problems with a sense of responsibility and self-management
- Must have an enthusiastic approach to problem resolution
KNOWLEDGE KEY SKILLS
- Previous administration experience in a corporate environment
- Strong IT literacy - includes MS Office - Outlook, Word, Excel
- Strong customer service ethos
- Highly literate and numerate
- Experience in obtaining employment references desirable
