Contractor – CoE headcount tracking and program reporting (6 months) recruitment

We are looking for a Business Management Analyst to support our CoE (Centre of Excellence) headcount tracking and program reporting function.

This role collates data related to IT deployments in Asia Pacific, and transform the details into meaningful business cases senior management.

You will look after program reporting for the Centers Of Excellence offshoring/outsourcing projects. Primarily collation of data and reporting back on the tracking and analysis of IT Headcount Deployments across APAC Site Programs.

The key deliverables includes analyzing and transforming the details into business case presentation for COO and senior business management such as CFO.

Ability to engage and build a trusted relationship will be key to your success. Strong communication skills are essential as you work closely with senior managements to extract detailed reports for your analysis. Proficiency in powerpoint will help you to transform your findings into meaningful presentations. Deliverables includes timely reports on deployments, headcounts, site management, expense management, planning, phasing, global sourcing solutions and related areas.

Strong numerate/financial/reporting background and excellent communication skills are essentials.
