Job Description

Responsible for performing cross-border and domestic settlement duties for Japan market, involved in settlements for cash equity products for Agency, House, Prime Broker and Stock Borrowing and Lending.

Responsibilities

• Performing cross-border and domestic settlement in Japan market.

• Check booking accuracy

• Post journal entry

• Perform reconciliation on stock and cash

• Follow up on breaking items

• Follow up outstanding settlement items

• Initiate stock borrow for failed trades

• Monitor stock return for borrowed stocks

• Liaison with internal clients.

Requirements

Skill Set Required

• Proficiency in MS Excel

• Access, Power-point skills are helpful

• Analytical skill

• Excellent communication skills and highly development interpersonal skills

• Fluent in written and spoken English

• Fluent in written and spoken Japanese (Business Level)
