The Role
Bloomberg is looking for a driven, results oriented individual to take on the exciting role of a Contract Administration/Escalated Support and Negotiations Representative. The person in this role will be first point of reference for all escalated inquiries and negotiations on the terms of Bloomberg product license agreements.

Responsibilities include preparing contract documentation, including license and non-disclosure agreements, and any amendments to the same. Additionally, the candidate will work directly with internal and external Counsels, Compliance, Sales and Product Development to support our products, their goals and initiatives.

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office
-Strong problem solving/analytical skills

-Ability to work closely within a global team

Education Experience Requirements
-Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
-Minimum of 2 years experience in contract administration and negotiation
-Must have experience with US Federal government contracting and general knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
-Experience with the GSA a plus
