Contracts Administrator recruitment
In this newly created role as the Contracts Administrator you will support the Legal Department as a central point-person for the management implementation of a contracts management system and/or record keeping process.
You will have experience in dealing with a high volume and diverse range of commercial contracts including: Technology, Employment, Investment, Real Estate and various other Professional Services agreements etc.
You will also be capable of building a system or process from the ground up.
Your skills as a project manager will ensure you can effectively manage issues as they arise; develop a strong rapport across a wider range of business units locally and internationally; and manage the ongoing housekeeping of existing contracts post execution.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Administering, managing and performing on-going maintenance and dealing with inquiries of the contracts system.
* Assist with fielding calls, e-mails and revisions associated with contracts in the system on a daily basis.
* Handle the reclassification of all agreements to further clarify and refine the company's reporting requirements.
* Take on various projects such as but not limited to: creating new forms for all types of contracts to proactively highlight renewals and to capture key clauses.
You will be an experienced Contracts Administrator with ideally 3+ years experience working in a similar role in another financial services firm or corporate environment.
You will possess excellent project management and process improvement experience.
You will have a bachelor's degree and possess strong database skills.
You will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and be able to manage several tasks at any one time (self-sufficient).
