The Role
The Contracts Team is involved in contracts preparation, administration and governance of HI/HD/RR/PMC/IOC spot and term contracts.

The Contract Administrator is required to administer the documentation process of drafting, preparation and negotiation of sales contracts, amendments and contracts related documents in accordance with legal templates. You will draft and prepare customer correspondence, notices and price letters, review contract summary and business case prepared by Sales Offices, and ensure they are completed in compliance with policies and procedures. You will also administer the process of seeking approvals, coordinate signing of contract documents and filing of these documents. You are required to maintain spot sales data register, generate monthly sales report, and provide analysis as and when required, monthly reporting of joint venture delivered tonnes versus nominated tonnes. You will maintain and update the various systems and registers on contracts commitments, key contract terms and other contract related information. You will need to provide direction and guidance to Sales Offices and other teams on established policies and procedures, and maintain safe work practices in accordance with the company's policy and procedure.

Your Profile
The successful credit officer needs a good Degree from a reputable institution, with minimum 5 years' relevant experience in credit related roles. You will have strong understanding of financial products and services, with excellent interpersonal, communication and client interfacing skills.
