Contracts Administrator required for $10m university project Job in Sydney 2000, New South Wales Australia

Highly ambitious Contract Administrator with approximately 3 years experience required for highly successful and secure construction firm to join a tight knit team in Sydney.
Specialising in commercial and education projects and taking responsibility for a number of concurrent projects valued between $m and $10m you will assist with all contractual aspects of the project including Head Contract issues and document management.
What you'll be doing
Assessing contractual and financial risk
Procuring and administering external project resources
Keeping client up to date with regular meetings
Communication project information
Reviewing and developing schedule of conditions
Identifying,estimating, registering and filing of variations

You've got at least 3 years relevant Australian experience
Degree in relevant Australian construction discipline
