Contracts and Export Co-ordinator - Barnsley - Permanent - Salary up to £20k
A building specialist in Barnsley are looking to recruit an Experienced Contracts and Export Co ordinator to join their fast paced team on a Full Time Permanent basis.
It is ESSENTIAL you have a solid work history in Export and / or Contracts Administration and have strong Excel and Word skills.
A brief over view of the duties will include:
* Compiling letters of credit
* Booking transport and shipping internationally and in the UK
* Liaise with and manage the administration for the Site Staff both in the UK and internationally
* Arrange site staff expenses and timesheets
* Maintain and update contract files
The role will require somebody who can make an immediate impact and has a can do attitude. You must have the ability to multi task and prioritise your workload and work alone as well as part of a team.
