Contracts and Proposals Manager, Hertfordshire, £35k Jobs Hertfordshire

My client have an immediate requirement for a Contracts and Proposals Manager to join their expanding team in Hertfordshire. My client are an International Biometrics CRO with offices in several locations worldwide.

The Contracts and Proposals Manager will join the growing International Business Development team and will be primarily responsible for supporting the BD team through the management and control of the proposal and contract documentation processes.

The Contracts and Proposals Manager responsibilities will include:
* Preparation of high-quality budgets and proposals to support the Global Business Development Team
* Prepare, issue and control all contractual agreements with Clients and their subcontractors
* Ensure continuity and consistency of contractual processes with partners
* Support the invoicing process
* Support account management and operations activities including business wins and revenue recognition
* Handle documentation for all change orders related to contracted projects
* Provide ongoing contractual information support to PMO
* Ownership and maintenance of opportunity management tool (i.e. Prospect Bank)
* Provide training, development, and management of CP Administrator(s)
* Assist in the development of new tools and processes for the CP Team

Being educated to degree level the successful candidate will have at least one years experience in a similar role within a CRO or Pharmaceutical environment, you must posses strong communication skills, have excellent time management, posses a strong attention to detail.
