Full Job Description
Global services company is seeking to recruit a Contracts Manager to join their legal team based in the west of Greater London and the Home Counties.
On a day to day basis you will review and create contracts as well as being responsible for contract amendments, in particular contracts for web based services, software licenses, non-disclosure agreements and for products and services. You will also assist members of staff in bidding and tender processes as well as reviewing legal terms. As part of the role you will also maintain a contracts database.
You have acquired at least 5 years of professional experience in a similar role and have excellent knowledge of contract law and commercial terms and conditions. You have to be proficient in French and German language skills are also desirable. You are proactive and able to work independently. This role may on occasion involve travelling within and outside the UK, therefore a willingness to travel is essential.
