Contracts Manager (Interiors) Job in Leicester, Midlands UK

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Contracts Manager to join a growing Leicester based interior specialist and building contractor covering the Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire regions

 

As a business they work across commercial, education, health and industrial sectors offering services in refurbishment, fit-out and design build to blue-chip clients and local authorities.

 

As a Contracts Manager you will be responsible for managing up to 4 projects at anyone time which will often vary in sector, size and complexity with values ranging between £10k and £0.5m.  This role will involve programming works, ordering materials, working with Clients, managing site based supervisors.  As a Contracts Manager you will have experience of running profitable jobs, ensuring projects are ran to programme and building relationships with Clients.
