Contracts Manager Job in Derby, Midlands UK
My client is a leading Maintenance and Refurbishment contractor delivering work for both public sector and private sector clients. Their scope of work is very diverse and can range from small works up to £multimillion property repairs frameworks. This can include Decent Homes, Voids, Cyclical and External Decoration, Painting, Concrete Repairs, Office / Commercial Fit Out, Retail Maintenance / Refurbishment etc.
The Role
To be suitable for this role you must come from a painting background and have experience in delivery social housing contracts and pricing work. You will be responsible for delivering multiple contracts ranging in value, on time, within budget and to specification. You will be responsible for creating Health Safety plans. You will have experience of managing directly employed staff and sub contractors and in this role you will have a number of supervisors and site staff reporting in to you on a daily basis. This role is both office and site based so a full driving licence is essential for the role.
