Contract Specialist
Based in Egham, SW London
The Contracts Specialist will be responsible for providing administrative and internal client support for Gartner's EMEA contracts team. Reporting to the Vice President, EMEA Commercial Group.
Responsibilities:

Scanning of contracts and other documents into Panagon and Documentum systems

Filing of paper originals of documents
-
Accurate database management
-
Acting as interface between internal clients and contracts team regarding contract issues

Processing of requests for bank guarantees and company documents
-
Providing contract status updates for pipeline calls with Sales and Consulting teams
-
Working in accordance with the company policies and procedures for contracts, check documents received for signature for all relevant contract approvals

Additional project tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:

Business administration qualification to degree level with a high standard of English language
-
Dutch, Russian or Arabic as a second language would be a distinct advantage

Three years administration work in a legal/contracts environment or in an order management or customer service role in an international company

Proven MS Word, Outlook and Excel proficiency

Strong time management skills and able to organise daily work volumes

Excellent written and oral communication in English language with high attention to detail

Ability to interact with internal and external clients at all levels

Must be flexible, willing to take responsibility and able to work independently but be a team player
