Exciting opportunity for an experienced Contracts Coordinator who is looking for their next challenge! You will be a proactive self starter with previous program management experience! We have 2 positions available for the right individuals!
Your responsibilities will include:
- Administration and effective coordination of performance reporting for the program
- Develop, implement and maintain the performance management system with data inputs received from the external customers, internal functional teams and other IT systems
- Preparation and support of contractual correspondence, including but not limited to drafting, monitoring, distribution, filing, archiving, and registering
- Responsible for the collation and recording of daily, monthly, quarterly performance data
- Develop, maintain and improve the performance management system database to ensure the contract and subcontracts are effectively reporting to the contracted requirements
- Continually develop, review and improve Program Contracts functional work instructions and processes to demonstrate efficiencies and business improvement
To be considered for this position, you will have/be:
- An Australian Citizen, eligible for an Australian Defence Security Clearance
- Demonstrated ability in collating and analysing data
- Knowledge and experience in a contract/commercial administration environment
- Understanding of contractual processes and procedures with excellent organisational skill
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
- Qualifications in Business Administration, highly advantageous
- Certificate IV in Aero skills or equivalent, plus 5 years experience in aerospace maintenance administration or management highly desirable
- Previous experience in a Defence environment or Aviation is a must!
