The Role
Bloomberg is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual to join the Contracts department. The team is responsible for liaising with all areas of the business and offering support to our extensive customer base. Our Contracts Team is responsible for the administration of legal documentation between ourselves and our clients for all Bloomberg products. This high energy individual will be part of a team that is responsible for providing our clients with exceptional customer service regarding their contracts and orders. The incumbent of this role must be able to work independently and make effective decisions.

Responsibilities include processing sales order requests for our clients and maintaining an integral part of the order system. Additionally, the person in this role will be responsible for maintaining customer account information in our internal databases.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Working experience with contracts administration
- Ability to train and communicate processes effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work closely within a global team
- Proven customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment
- Excellent prioritizing skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency using Microsoft Suite
- Knowledge of Financial markets
