Contracts & Royalty Analyst -Consumer Products/Retail/Wholesale – 12 month contract / Perm Job in London, London UK

Global Entertainment company are in the looking for a Contracts Administrator to take charge of the overall administration for merchandise licensing contracts for the European regions on a 12 month contract basis initially.

 

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for processing advances and royalties, drafting contracts, renewals and amendments and provided contract and financial support as well as ad-hoc support and analysis.

 

The role will require strong organisation and communications skills and ideally you will be able to communicate in German, French or Italian as you’ll be dealing with various departments and licensees, senior management and pan-European territories.  However this is not an essential requirement for the right candidate.

 

You will need at least 1 years experience dealing with (Licensing) Contracts with some document drafting experience, and/or contracts administrator exposure. Finance and contract finance experience will be considered while experience of royalties will be ideal.
