Control Design Practice Manager – Northampton/ Teesside/ Kirby recruitment

As Control Design Practice Manager you’ll take projects all the way from interpretation to their being embedded in day-to-day business practice; deftly navigating us between minimising risk and maximising profit.
Based in Northampton, Teesside or Kirby you’ll control changes which grow from large scale internally generated and customer generated projects. You’ll also support the delivery of control design strategy and the facilitation of a suite of new products. To do all this you’ll work closely with a variety of departments to create bespoke change projects.
Ideally you’ll couple a financial background – possibly in audit – with control design experience. Thanks to your track record in project management, you’ll already have a wealth of leadership skills. And as well as being a natural at building relationships with key stakeholders, you’ll have the confidence and authority to suggest alternative options.
