Control Engineer

A well established Engineering company based in Worcester is has several opportunities available for Control Engineers to join its growing organisation. They are seeking Control Engineers with a proven track record of designing, building and commissioning various pieces of special purpose production machinery for use within a broad range of industry sectors. The successful applicants must have strong experience of PLCs and HMIs, ideally with some knowledge of robotics, and will be educated to HNC level or above in an Engineering discipline.
The role will involve the full project life cycle: understanding customer requirements; design of electrical systems using CAD; producing buying list / orders as required; supervise panel build; arranging and supervising machine wiring; design of PLC and HMI software; commissioning system. The company would also be interested to hear from people with stronger software based skills, in particular computer level program design for SCADA for use within there products.

Salary £22-35,000, commensurate with experience.
