Control Management -- Business Tech Analyst III
Control Management: Business Tech Analyst III Conducts comprehensive, complex analysis and evaluations of business needs and plans. Provides analytical support for policy and process change recommendations to quantify financial, operational and attrition impacts to influence decisions. Applies highly technical / statistical analysis skills to compile necessary information. Will use SAS, Oracle DB, and MS Office analysis tools to complete analysis requirements. Consults with business units to develop solutions to business problems and creates short and long-range plans to satisfy business objectives. Manages / conducts initial research, evaluation, and analysis for the most critical and complicated projects. Formulates complex proposals. High degree of judgment and independent decision making required for complex issues. May manage or mentor/direct less experienced business analysts. Works with analysts, management and third party personnel to obtain effective results.
