Control System Engineer
A Pharmaceutical Equipment Distributor in South Easton, MA has an immediate position available for an experienced Control System Engineer for its Service and Engineering Department in its South Easton, Massachusetts facility.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Allen-Bradley PLC support
- RS Logix (SLC5/04 and Control Logix) support
- WonderWare Intouch Support
- Siemens PLC and Siemens WinCC support
- Troubleshooting PLC applications for machine controls
- Software upgrade project management
- Development of project specific documentation
- Customer training and the execution of validation protocols
- Travel requirement in the range of 75%, possibly short notice. Duration of each trip ranges one day to two weeks
Required Background / Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science required
- 5 plus years experience in PLC application support using Allen-Bradley and Siemens languages.
- Extensive knowledge of Windows-based computer programs
- WonderWare Intouch knowledge a plus
- Strong organizational, written communication, and multi-tasking skills.
The ideal candidate must be willing to travel and have excellent customer service skills. Experience with tablet compression, FDA Regulatory compliance and 21 CRF Part 11 compliance a plus.
