Firm provides comprehensive stock transfer solutions including dividend disbursing, reinvestment plans, restricted stock, employee plan administration, proxy services and all types of corporate actions. Integrated equity servicing solutions are very important to us and are critical to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of US accounting operations, including: AP, AR, GL, payroll and cash management
- Ensure financial controls are accurate, followed and effective
- Create and present financial operating results to senior executives
- Manage and review month-end close (financial statements, GL analysis, reconciliations and journal entries)
- Recommend, implement and maintain accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
- Perform analysis of financial and operational results of all (domestic and international) business units Prepare month-end consolidation including financial statements from foreign subsidiaries
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial reports to Senior Management
- Coordinate and manage the annual audit
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
- CPA (required)
- Microsoft Office (expert in Excel)
- 10+ years of accounting experience
- Previous public accounting experience (Big4 is highly preferred)
- Software industry and revenue recognition experience (required)
