Controller, Family Office recruitment
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the accounting, reporting and analysis
- Responsible for cash flow management and reconciliation
- Review financial reports from business groups
- Monitor investment portfolios
- Analyze investment valuations and ensure proper PL is recorded
- Prepare personal financials for Family Members periodically
- Develop and ensure policies and controls are implemented
- Tax management for holding companies and Family Members.
- Implement risk management
- Maintain and update legal structure and ensure tax and regulatory compliance
Requirements:
- Experience in working for a family office required / Private Equity experience is a plus
- 15 to 20 years of total relevant work experience
- CPA Required
- Strong analytical knowledge
- Ability to work independently as a hands-on controller
- Ability to manage multiple projects and implement policies, procedures controls
- High standards of work quality and integrity
