Controller $100,000 to $120,000
Our established and growing Dallas based client is seeking a “hands on” Controller who will be responsible for all accounting functions in a manufacturing environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review and prepare financial statements
- Develop and present operational analysis
- Responsible for cash forecasting and inventory planning
- Develop and establish internal control systems
- Manage a small to medium staff
- Perform product cost analysis such as: generate/validate unit product cost estimates, provide variance, trend and cost component analysis
- Manage year end close
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelors Degree Accounting, Finance or Business
- Masters preferred
- CPA required
- 7 + years related accounting and financial experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including GAAP
