Responsibilities:
- General accounting and financial reporting
- Review federal, state and local tax returns
- Manage staff
- Budgeting
- Variance analysis
- Develop and implement accounting initiatives
Requirements:
- Must have at relevant management experience
- Leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be assertive when necessary
- Technically proficient with strong Excel skills
- CPA preferred
- GAAP
