Our client a growing $150M Manufacturing company is seeking an experienced finance professional. The Corporate Controller is responsible for managing all aspects of finance for the company. This senior position will be responsible for providing financial support to senior management for strategic and commercial decision making. The position reports to the President of the company.
Responsibilities:
· Conduct all internal financial reporting, including monthly management financial info
· Provide support for financial/business terms and modeling for customer contracts and partnerships
· Manage and lead the finance team
· Assist in the completion of the strategic plan and budgeting and forecasting process
· Analyze and evaluate new product and business initiatives
· Track and report financial performance of the company and operating divisions
· Maintain internal control policies and accounting procedures
· Work extensively with corporate accounting and shared services
Qualifications:
· BA/BS required; MBA a plus
· CPA strongly preferred
· 10+ years in progressively responsible financial leadership roles, in a manufacturing environment.
· Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization
· Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
· Ability and desire to translate complex financial concepts
· High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
· Solid experience coordinating audit activities and managing reporting, budget development and analysis, accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
