Controller, Private Equities
The Job:
- To assist the COO to ensure the daily operation of the private equity business is adher to the compliance, regulatory and legal requirements
- To handle management reporting
- To ensure the daily operation is conducting in a effective and efficient manner and to revamp the policies and procedures if the circumstances called for
Requirements:
- With at least 8 years of relevant working experience in the investment/financial sector, preferably with fund/direct investment related experience
- Experienced in project management / management reporting/ operations
- Finance background with operation experience is preferred
- Speaking and writing good Mandarin and Chinese
- Detailed oriented, mature and accountable
