The position:

Controller Singapore

The company is currently setting up the Trading Office which is a multi-category food trading office which will play an active role in the growth region of the company.

Main tasks are:

• Lead the forecasting and budgeting process followed by the monthly, quarterly

and yearly closing together with the management reporting including KPIs;

• Support and advise STO Board on decision making on financial matters by

applying company’s Corporate Controlling standards and policies, and on preparing

Corporate presentations;

• Provide transparency on the ordering by and invoicing to the Customers in

conjunction with the cost development through analysis and respective reporting

according to corporate standards;

• Ensure sufficient working capital for the growing funding requirements to ensure

uninterrupted sourcing;

• Present simulations of different sourcing projects reflected in sales and cost

scenarios to ensure maximization of margin savings for the countries.

Candidates’ profiles should include:

• Successful management experience in finance for about 10-12 years;

• CPA/CIMA/ ACCA or a university degree in economics, business administration or similar qualification;

• Experience in dealing with and supporting senior executive level in a local/regional environment;

• Ideally has experience in working within matrix organizations;

• Strong international working experience;

• Being passionate about establishing and implementing smooth processes,

including the appropriate system support;

• Expert knowledge about state-of-the-art concepts and practices in controlling relevant for large, international whole sale / retail or FMCG corporations

• Fluent in English, spoken as well as written.
