Controller/Finance and Administration Manager Job in Blue Bell 19422, Pennsylvania US

Alliance Hospice, a growing home hospice provider in Blue Bell, PA, has 3 locations in GA, SC and OH and is adding locations throughout the US. 

Individual is responsible for the billing and collections of Medicare, Medicaid, and Private Insurance claims in a timely and accurate manner through the company's billing system, Healthcare First. Individual manages all corporate administration responsibilites including receivables, payables, payroll and insurances, and, in addition, any ad hoc requests. Coordinates with remote service offices.

Knowledge of Peachtree accounting system preferred.  Individual is responsible for preparing accurate and timely monthly financial statements including PL, balance sheets, and cash flows for individual locations and consolidated results, comparing actual results to budget projections and developing summaries and interpretations.  Manage healthcare, benefit, and human resources issues.
