J.L. Nick Associates has been retained to recruit a highly qualified Controls Engineer for a premier designer and manufacturer of the highest quality, customized automation systems. This position is located in western Pennsylvania.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or at least 7 years of experience in the design of control systems
- Documented experience in successful design, development, installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of complex, electro-mechanical systems
- Above average written and verbal communication skills
- Attitude and track record of continuous learning and customer advocacy
- Working knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers, Servo drives, and HMI’s
- Willingness to travel to customer facilities as necessary
