On top of that, it's also helpful to know these things: Job Responsibilities Brand Connection: ? Develop programs and methods of engagement that engage our social community in ways that ladder up to our brand conviction of "unleashing the creative spirit" ? Champion a vision for the brand in digital. Encourage experimentation and constant learning. ? Explore ways in which social media can influence multiple parts of the business, including footwear, apparel, and recruiting. ? Work with external teammates (e.g. regional teams, licensees, franchise marketing) to identify opportunities, share learning, distribute assets and employ common behaviors. ? Maximize visibility of branded content. Customer Acquisition for converse.com: ? Collaborate with agency partners and internal stakeholders to drive qualified traffic to converse.com. Evaluate potential of all channels - SEO, display, paid search, affiliates, social, etc. Manage budget in the most efficient and results-oriented ways possible to drive revenue. ? Persuade agency and internal partners to experiment with new technologies and programs to reach our consumer wherever they have digital experiences. ? Monitor monthly program allocations with the Finance team to ensure program budgets are being expended as planned and to the maximum benefit for key selling seasons
