Description
Provides technical support to the client including investigation of issues, researching new functionality and responding to client s issues. Works directly with clients, programmers, QA testers, business analysts, system analysts and managers.
The schedule for the position will be M-F w/the possibility of late nights depending on project needs as well as 2 weekends a months.
Qualifications
Implements new software releases by conducting on-site software release training, coordinating dates of delivery for test and production, determining enhancements and procedures. Working knowledge in a professional field to work independently. Understands developments in field and their impact on work.
