The main responsibilities for the role is as follows:
Contribute to business strategic planning exercises
- Help to define overriding business objectives
- Identify key initiatives critical to the delivery of objectives
- Be a key agent in actionning agreed initiatives, whilst seeking innovative solutions to challenges faced and support from the wider franchise where necessary
Direct client performance analyses
- Leverage internal and market data to perform product and client gap analyses
- Co-ordinate planning exercises to bridge identified gaps (including prioritisation of resource allocation; content delivery and the leveraging of established relationships)
- Work closely with Client Strategy Group
Manage external market data
- Ensure the bank’s key clients are interviewed and invited to provide feedback on the services the franchise is providing
- Analyse results and work with relevant client coverage to formulate action plans to bridge gaps on key accounts
Contribute to strategic projects undertaken by the wider franchise. Projects will include IT Solutions delivery; revenue support intiatives; opportunity analyses etc
The successful candidate will have either front office experince or finance experience with markets knowldge.
