Main Objectives and Accountabilities
Business Planning Development
- In conjunction with the MP, sets challenging quality standards and objectives from a business development and performance improve
Support Service Management
- Liaise with functional and departmental management in order to understand the operational needs and to ensure that information is disseminated to all relevant parties about developments and progress
- Understands and effectively manages teams across multiple jurisdictions, and has an appreciation and ability to work with complex reporting structures
- Delegate strategy driven project work, providing clear expectations, objectives and timeframes for delivery and implementation
- Holds overall accountability for ensuring compliance with all Group policies, practices and procedures in Asia Pacific
Change Management
- Establishes and maintains appropriate systems for measuring performance of operational service delivery and change management to ensure that they are delivered effectively and efficiently against recognised benchmarks
- Accountable for ensuring the effective delivery and implementation of change programmes arising from identified business needs
The Ideal Candidate Will Possess
- 12+ years of experience working within reputable international law firms/ professional services sector
- With regional exposure and ideally be familiar with the Hong Kong Law Society
- Excellent communication skills and be able to work with MP, Partners, Directors and Finance peers gaining their confidence and respect
- Ability to work under pressure and effective time management skills, also ability to prioritise conflicting demands from within the business and Group
