COO Commodities – Base Metals & Agriculture (VP/ED) recruitment
Position Description
The COO for Base Metals Agriculture will support the European Base Metals Agriculture desk within Commodities including the following responsibilities:
- Coordination with infrastructure groups to ensure the business is supported effectively and efficiently.
- Coordination of Firm approval processes including NPA for new intiatives and trades.
- Coordinate response to Firm initiatives and programs
- Budgetting, expense and headcount management
- Balance sheet monitoring
Skills Required
- Currently operating at VP or ED level ideally in a Commodities COO function
- Thorough understanding of Commodity systems and processes
- Indepth understanding of Base Metals Agriculture products
- Track record of support of physical commodity structured transactions
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
