Plans, buys and prepares hot meals and snacks for up to 200 people on any given day. Responsible for dishwashing and other kitchen maintenance.
HS diploma or equivalent. Must have basic skills in reading, writing and budgeting. One year of quantitative cooking experience. Demonstrated understanding of nutritional needs of children and adults. Annual physical examination and good physical health. Completion of maintenance of Food Sanitation Certification. Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
