Includes every other weekend and many holidays. Current shift is 10am - 6:30pm; will change to 10:30am - 7pm by Summer 2012. Job includes cooking patient meals (approx 100 plates/hr at peak times) for Room Service Dining. Must pass ServSafe exam within a year of hire.
