Primary Objective:
Manage the sales development, promotion, introduction of cooling products for distribution and direct accounts within the assigned region/s.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for achievement of cooling sales quota in their region including both direct and thru distribution sales
- Manage assigned key accounts for growth of cooling products introducing new products and managing relationships
- Ensures the electrical distribution channel is trained on how to sell cooling and all new products
- Ensures the electrical rep "cooling specialists" are trained on how to sell cooling and all new products
- Analyze and monitor activities of competitors on cooling products attending trade shows and gathering data from the field
- Partner with category team to identify new product categories/markets to drive new business
- Provide reporting, forecasting for business planning purposes
- Travel expectation - 50 %
Required Skills:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree business, marketing, or engineering.
- 7+ years outside sales experience in a direct or distribution environment. Sales experience in cooling highly desired.
- Ability to travel 50%
