Coordinator - Field Marketing( Job Number: O-MKT-FLD) Description Responsibilities and Duties Develop strong franchisee relationships through education and persuasion to optimize participation in national marketing initiatives; provide field marketing team support. Franchisee Relationship Management (50%) Build relationships directly with franchisees, managing national marketing initiatives, such as email blast opt-ins and national coupon code exception reports. Identify opportunities to educate and persuade franchise partners on importance of participation in national initiatives. Coordinate tracking, reporting, and communication of these initiatives to the Field Marketing team. Log all information into appropriate tracking system and update necessary team members when necessary. Field Marketing Support (50%) Log and work directly with legal on all market level contracts that need approval. Identify opportunities where templated agreements should be put into place for frequently used suppliers. Log and work directly with Advertising Team to secure approval for all market level produced print to ensure that graphic standards are being met. Work directly with Advertising Team to secure approval for all market level produced or agency provided scripts, live read promotional copy to ensure that advertising communication standards are being met. Maintain the day to day Share Drive workspace used by Marketing Leaders; posting, recognizing when site needs to be reviewed and refreshed, responsible for storage of all data in organized easily retrievable manner. Responsible for the development of and maintenance of, on daily basis, the FAQ document used by field team members. Cataloging information properly for easy reference, posting and distribution. Work directly with manager to create and distribute team wide communications, including weekly all field call agendas and weekly updates. Identify the need for, create and post instructional videos and digital slide shows advising field team members how to find specific information or perform tasks, using frequently asked questions as the guide. Maintain Delivering the Dough/Fundraising platform through direct work with ES and franchisees. Other ad hoc requests as assigned by manager. Qualifications Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or other related field, or equivalent experience 1 year of experience desired in Marketing or Business field or through relevant internship Must be detail-oriented Strong customer service skills (internal and external) Strong problem solving skills Strong computer skills, particularly Excel and spreadsheet management Self starter with a positive attitude Must be able to contribute in a team environment yet still function independently Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects based on deadline of end user
