Coordinator, Corporate Legal Counsel (Investment Management) recruitment
This position will support and coordinate departmental corporate counsel activities, processes, and procedures. We are seeking a candidate that thrives on working in a very fast paced, ever-changing environment where priorities can change very quickly so ability to wear multiple hats and work under pressure while remaining composed is required.
Responsibilities will include:
- Providing support to Paralegals and Corporate Counsel including assisting with special projects
- Coordinate contract process for vendor contracts, and interface with third parties to ensure timely execution.
- Actively identify ways to innovate departmental processes, work-flow, recordkeeping, etc.
- Maintain departmental/corporate counsel calendars
- Manage invoicing and purchasing
- Effectively handle, track, and process all inquiries and requests as the entry point of contact for the department.
- Numerous other administrative responsibilities including faxing, copying, filing, assisting with meeting preparation, and mailings.
QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelors degree required
- 2 - 5 years relevant work experience, preferably in a legal setting or with data management ystems.
- Strong process management skills
- Exceptional computer skills: Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint.
- Exceptional organizational skills, high attention to detail, ability to juggle multiple priorities without getting stressed or overwhelmed, ability to affectively and directly voice concerns without sugar coating, proactive, self-directed, very open-minded, and thick skinned
